OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Orders and purchasers

We accept your orders through our website, social media channels, and WhatsApp. An email confirmation will be sent to you or if you order through social media, you will get an acknowledgment. Our message confirms the details of your purchase. At this point, we will enter a binding contract.

2. Changes

Occasionally our terms and conditions may change as we review our business. The terms that apply to you are those posted on our website or social media channels or WhatsApp on the day you make your order.

3. Sizes

All descriptions, colours, and sizes of the canvases or frames are as indicated on our invoice. Sometimes we might alter sizes based on the photograph provided, we will inform you of the sizes alternation.

4. Customer responsibility

Although we aim to have your painting done within 14 & 21 WORKING DAYS and depending on the delivery service, we will do our best to have the painting done by the specified timeframe. However, we cannot be held accountable for any delays because you have not left enough time for your painting. It is your responsibility to ensure you make an order in timely fashion, especially if it is a gift to a loved one.

5. Delays and Refunds

If there are any delays with your painting we will notify you as soon as possible, but no reimbursement of deposit will be made, please leave enough time for your painting, especially during the busy periods and bank holidays.

6. Deposits and Preview

Deposits are taken to cover the initial cost of materials and the artist’s time to paint your picture, for this reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

Once your painting is complete, we will send you a photo of it as a preview. You have THREE options open to you at this stage of the process:

  • You approve of your painting. You will then settle the final balance. Once the balance has been paid, we will ship your painting to you. (Tracking details provided)

  • You can have THREE reasonable adjustments, which take up to 48 hours, so please send us detailed notes of what and how you want the painting to be adjusted. Please bear in mind that this is a painting and not a photo so don't expect your painting to be identical to your photo and artistic interpretation is to be expected

  • If you decide you no longer require your painting and do not want to pay the final balance. In this event, you will not receive your painting, nor will you receive a refund of your deposit.

7. Express service preview

Please be aware of adjustments as it could potentially take longer, and we may not meet your initial deadline 

 

DURING YOUR PREVIEW STAGE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR FIRST INITIAL PICTURES, AND WILL INCUR ALL CHARGES

8. Courier company

Goods are sent at your risk from the moment they are picked up by the courier service from our warehouse.

We will provide you with tracking details, to track your parcel once it is sent out. In the case that there is a delay with your parcel please do contact the courier company.

9. Copyrights of photography and pictures

Please make sure that you hold the copyright on any photographs that you wish to use even as reference material. If you do not own photographs, you must have permission from the copyright holder for the photograph/s to be used as the basis for a portrait commission. Failure to ensure that the copyright laws may result in civil or criminal penalties.

If you would like to recreate a photo that was not taken by yourself, please contact the photographer to ensure you have the correct permissions to order from us.

10. Filters

Please avoid using filtered pictures; we do have the right to refuse these pictures

11. Promotion and Permission

As a growing company, we still use all our portraits for promotional purposes. If you wish not to be included in these promotions, please send us an email to opt-out at admin@pic2perfectart.com
